FIND → CONVERT → TRANSACT  ·  AI-ERA VISIBILITY  ·  NATIONWIDE

This page has two views. So does your business.

Humans see a polished page. Agents — the software that now finds, calls, and books businesses on people's behalf — see structure, or they see a wall. This page renders both: flip the toggle in the header and read it the way a machine does. Then ask what an agent sees on your site.

THE TOGGLE UP TOP IS THE DEMO. THIS PAGE SCORES WHAT WE SELL.

AR · TRANSACTS WITH AGENTS

AGENT-BLOCKED

Three scores, never blended. An average would read "56 — fine." The truth is a business that wins the citation, wins the visitor, and turns the buyer's agent away at the door.

THE NINETY SECONDS

You can win the citation and still lose the job.

GEO gets you named in the AI's answer. Agent Readiness is what happens about ninety seconds later, when the customer says "ok — book it" and their assistant tries to act. Watch both endings.

A · TYPICAL SITE TODAYOUTCOME: JOB LOST
  1. 0:00

GEO ✓ FOUND"Who's the best HVAC repair near me?" The AI's answer names the business. The visibility work paid off.

  2. 0:25

CRO ✓ CONVINCEDThe human skims the page — reviews look right, price feels fair. "Ok, book it for Thursday."

  3. 1:30

AR ✗ BLOCKEDThe assistant's agent opens the booking page and meets this: ⚠ CHECKING YOUR BROWSER… VERIFY YOU ARE HUMAN TO CONTINUE

The agent does what agents do: moves to the next name in the answer. The citation was earned. The job walked.

B · AGENT-READY SITEOUTCOME: BOOKED
  1. 0:00

GEO ✓ FOUNDSame question, same answer, same citation. Nothing changes about being found.

  2. 0:25

CRO ✓ CONVINCEDSame human, same page, same "ok, book it." Humans and agents aren't competing audiences — they arrive together.

  3. 1:30

AR ✓ TRANSACTEDThe agent reads a labeled form, structured hours, and a clear booking path. It submits, gets confirmation, reports back.

Booked before the customer looks up from their coffee. That is the whole pitch: find → convert → transact, with no broken last step.

THREE PILLARS · THREE SCORES

Every audit answers three questions. Separately.

Each pillar is scored on its own 0–100 scale across eight scored categories, because each is judged by a different actor. Blending them into one number is how failures hide.

GEO PILLAR 1 · FIND

Can an AI system find and cite you?

When ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Claude answers a buying question in your market, does your business get named — accurately, with the right services, in the right service area? Entity clarity, corroborating sources, structured data, and the content models actually quote.

JUDGED BY THE MODEL, AT ANSWER TIME

CRO PILLAR 2 · CONVERT

Can a human convert once they land?

The click still has to become a call, a form, a booking. Offer clarity, proof, page speed, friction in the path to contact — the discipline of conversion, unchanged in what it demands and more valuable now that each visit arrives pre-qualified by an AI answer.

JUDGED BY A PERSON

AR PILLAR 3 · TRANSACT

Can an agent act on a person's behalf?

Book, quote, buy — executed by software in real time. Does your site let a legitimate agent through the door? Can it parse your forms, your hours, your prices? Can it complete the task, or does it meet a challenge page and leave? This is the newest pillar and the least audited.

JUDGED BY AN AUTONOMOUS AGENT, IN REAL TIME

AGENT READINESS · SCORE BANDS
85–100 AGENT-TRANSACTABLE An agent can complete a real task end-to-end: book, quote, or buy, with confirmation.
70–84 AGENT-LEGIBLE Agents can read everything that matters; the final transactional step still needs a human hand.
50–69 AGENT-VISIBLE Agents see a brochure, not a business. Present, parseable in parts, not actionable.
30–49 AGENT-BLOCKED Challenge pages, unlabeled controls, or bot rules turn legitimate agents away mid-task.
0–29 AGENT-INVISIBLE To software, the business effectively does not exist.

GEO, CRO, AND AR ARE REPORTED AS THREE NUMBERS. WE NEVER AVERAGE THEM.

WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE

Scored first. Then fixed in order.

Marketing + GEO Scorecard

The flagship audit. Three independent scores — GEO / CRO / AR — with eight scored categories per pillar, evidence for every mark, and a prioritized fix list your web team (or ours) can execute. Delivered as a document you own.

State Ad-Compliance Audit

For regulated advertisers — legal first. A review of your public marketing against state advertising rules, so visibility work never creates a compliance problem. Pairs with the scorecard or stands alone.

1

FOUNDATION

Entity cleanup, structured data, technical groundwork — and the AR-1 agent-access unblock: bot rules, challenge pages, and crawler controls fixed so legitimate agents get in the door.

AR-1 SHIPS IN WEEK ONE

2

CONTENT & STRUCTURE

The pages and proof AI systems actually cite: service pages that answer buying questions, facts stated where machines and humans both read them.

3

CONVERSION

CRO and agent UX in one development pass — labeled forms, clean booking paths, faster pages. The same fixes serve the person and the agent.

4

AUTHORITY & MONITORING

Quarterly re-scores across all three pillars, citation tracking, and live call testing — including how your phone handles an AI caller.

Every engagement is scoped up front and billed phase by phase. We never price per lead, per booking, or contingent on outcomes — in any state. Your scorecard tells you exactly what you're buying before you buy it.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for the businesses agents call first.

At Google I/O (May 19, 2026), Google announced its assistant will book appointments and call businesses on users' behalf in home repair, beauty, and pet care — rolling out across the U.S. in summer 2026. If you're in the calling wave, agents aren't a forecast. They're inbound.

⚡ CALLING WAVE

HVAC

Emergency intent, high ticket, and the first vertical AI assistants book and call.

⚡ CALLING WAVE

PLUMBING · ELECTRICAL · ROOFING

The rest of home repair — same wave, same urgency, same agent traffic.

⚡ CALLING WAVE

MED SPA & SALON

Beauty booking is a launch category. Schedules an agent can read win the slot.

⚡ CALLING WAVE

VETERINARY

Pet care is in the first wave. Anxious owners delegate; their agents dial.

DENTAL

Insurance questions and appointment requests, increasingly asked by software.

PILATES · FITNESS · WELLNESS

Class schedules and intro offers agents can parse fill the room.

AUTO REPAIR

Quote requests and service booking, delegated to assistants next.

LEGAL

High-stakes AI answers, plus advertising rules — where our compliance audit began.

Not on the list? The scorecard methodology is vertical-agnostic — these are simply the markets where we've built the deepest benchmarks, and where the agent traffic is arriving first.

B2B MANUFACTURING

The agent isn't booking an appointment. It's sourcing a part.

Procurement teams are handing shortlists to research agents: find three shops that can hold this tolerance, in this material, at this quantity, with these certs. A shop whose capabilities live in a scanned PDF brochure never makes the list. Agent Readiness for manufacturers is a different checklist:

  • RFQA quote path a machine can follow — a real form with labeled fields for part, material, quantity, and tolerance. Not "email us your drawings" behind a CAPTCHA.
  • SPECSpec sheets as parseable data — HTML tables and structured markup, not image scans. If it can't be selected as text, it can't be quoted by software.
  • CAPTolerance, capability, and material tables — machine-readable answers to the exact questions sourcing agents ask.
  • CERTCertifications in visible text — ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR registration — stated on-page where an agent can verify them, not locked in a badge image.
  • LEADLead times and MOQs published — the two numbers that decide whether you're shortlisted, absent from most shop sites.
  • APIThe expectation forming next: public endpoints. Buyers' agents will favor suppliers whose catalogs and quoting are directly callable.

On the horizon: WebMCP. A proposed standard — currently in a Chrome 149 origin trial — that would let a supplier expose "quote this part" as an action agents can call directly. When it ships, shops with structured data will adopt it in days. Shops with brochure sites will be starting from zero. Phase 2 builds the structure that will make that switch trivial.

REPORT FACTORY

Productized intelligence, fixed scope, fixed price.

WHY NOW · THE RECEIPTS

None of this is a prediction. It's a changelog.

GOOGLE I/O · MAY 19, 2026

Google announced agentic booking and AI calling of businesses on users' behalf in "home repair, beauty or pet care," with U.S. rollout in summer 2026. The calling wave is scheduled, not speculative.

GOOGLE WEB.DEV · UPDATED APR 1, 2026

Google now publishes official "Build agent-friendly websites" guidance — semantic HTML, labeled controls, structured data. The platform owner is telling you what agents need. Most sites haven't read it.

CHROME LIGHTHOUSE · ANNOUNCED JUN 22, 2026

Lighthouse (Chrome 150+) added an Agentic Browsing category — Chrome's own audit of whether agents can use your site. Google labels it informational and unbenchmarked, and we report it the same way: a signal, not a grade.

CLOUDFLARE · JUL 1, 2026 / EFFECTIVE SEPT 15, 2026

New AI traffic controls mean that from September 15, multi-purpose crawlers are evaluated on all behaviors — so a legacy "block AI bots" setting will also block Googlebot, Applebot, and Bingbot. This exact misconfiguration is what our AR-1 unblock exists to catch.

Also noted, quietly: adoption of llms.txt sits at 8.7% of the Tranco top 1,000 (Rankability, Jun 2026), and Google states Search doesn't use these files — which is why you won't find us selling a text file as a strategy. Readiness is structural, not a checkbox.

  • [✓] semantic landmarks — header / main / sections / footer, headings in order

  • [✓] services and pricing model stated in visible text, not images

ROADMAP NOTE

WebMCP — a proposed standard in a Chrome 149 origin trial — will let sites expose actions (book, quote, order) directly to agents. It has not shipped. When it does, pages structured like this one will adopt it quickly; unstructured sites will not.

THE POINT: this page scores what we sell. It passes the checks we audit because it was built to. Most business websites cannot show you this view — and about ninety seconds after an AI cites them, that's where the job is lost. Request an audit and we'll show you your site the way the agents see it.

NEXT STEP

Ask for the two-view test on your own site.

One email. We'll run the three-score audit — GEO, CRO, AR — and show you exactly what the models cite, what humans do, and where the agents give up.
